IRP Presentation Evening
Junior IRP Finals Evening – 7.00pm, Monday 12 May 2025
Over the Easter holiday, pupils in Prep Year Six and First and Second Year Senior School were invited to enter the Junior Independent Research Prize. They were asked to choose a topic under the heading 鈥淲hat if鈥︹�� and to spend time researching in depth to produce an essay or similar submission. The standard and quantity of entries, thirty in all, have been terrific. Comments were canvassed on each entry and collated by a small judging panel. With great difficulty, six finalists have been chosen to present their projects at the finals evening to be held at 7.00pm on Monday 12 May. The audience will be able to ask questions of the finalists before a winner is announced.

Intermediate IRP Finals Evening – 7.00pm, Thursday 15 May 2025
Over the Easter holiday, pupils in the Third and Fourth Years were also invited to enter the Intermediate Independent Research Prize. They were asked to choose any academic topic at all, to discuss a question with their teachers and to spend time researching in depth to produce an essay or similar submission. The standard and quantity of entries, thirty-nine in all, have been terrific. Comments were canvassed on each entry from subject specialists and collated by a small judging panel. From a fantastic round of entries, six finalists have been chosen to present their projects at the finals evening to be held at 7.00pm on Thursday 15 May 2025. The audience will be able to ask questions of the finalists before a winner is announced.
