At Â鶹´«Ã½AVÔÚÏß¿´, sport is an essential part of the educational process for all of our pupils. The programme is built on the belief that engaging in sport and physical activity allows individuals to realise their full potential. Effort, commitment and consistency are key pillars of the programme that enable all pupils to feel success and joy whilst also building real life resilience.Ìý

Â鶹´«Ã½AVÔÚÏß¿´ sport is made up of three strands: PE, Games and Turnouts.

Staff and pupils alike are proud to be a part of the Â鶹´«Ã½AVÔÚÏß¿´ Sport team, which is supported by an extensive fixture programme, each weekendÌýwe field A to D and E team fixtures to ensure all pupils can experience and enjoy their sport.ÌýRegular inter-House competitions augment the opportunities for positive sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership for all pupils.

Â鶹´«Ã½AVÔÚÏß¿´ holds an enviable reputation for supporting highly successful individual and team performances across a wide range of sports. The exceptional sporting facilities which make all of this possible include some of the very best grass pitches in the south of England, a floodlit Astroturf, a 25 metre indoor swimming pool, five netball courts and a fully equipped double sports hall. The School is also very fortunate to have a new sports pavilion and bar that offers spectators an unrivalled match-day experience. The School also makes use of its additional sports grounds at Hill Field, a short walk from the main school site.Ìý A £3m new pavilion with hospitality and changing facility was opened by Matt Dawson in December 2017.

SPECTATORS

Spectators are very welcome to Saturday fixtures which are held at the main school sports ground (CR3 6YA) or at our Hillfields Sports Ground (CR3 6AH).

Dogs: if you bring your four-legged friend to matches please keep them on a lead and on the hard paved areas only – dogs are not permitted on grassed areas at school. Please note that at Hillfields the only paved area available is the car park.
